Phase I : The Protagonist Speaks

Let’s meet, talk & discover

Let’s be 100% sure that Vicity Designs is the right fit for your goals; so, let’s talk! During this 1-hour consultation, we will authentically explore your story to establish a foundation for your brand. Share who you are, where you’re headed and how I can best support you during our time together.

Feeling uncertain? No worries! Before meeting, you will receive a detailed questionnaire to help illuminate your needs and assess what you have (even if all you have are great ideas and a favorite color!).  This guided session will frame your story as the center of every design choice that follows. We will discuss your audience, business model, vision, personality and design preferences. From there, we will explore ideal ways of sharing your “design data” to those who value what you do and discover how to reach them.

Phase II : The Magic Happens

Design Data speaks.

This is where all your “design data” starts to speak. Using what you share, at this phase, you will receive a creative concept brand board complete with design concepts and options that best represent your vision and values. We will also equip you with a single-page implementation guide with suggested ways of using these concepts.

This board will be ready for your immediate use as is, or used in Phase III as the blueprint for visual branding.

Phase III : Guided Resolution

Refined designs become

the brand guidelines.

We’ll collaborate to organize all your “design data”, revisions and approved concepts to fully develop your brand AND get you a fully scaled brand guideline. This guideline includes detailed information and examples of proper brand and messaging—it contains all visual brand elements, such as logos, patterns, typeface(s), usage guidelines and core strategy elements to ensure consistency across all print and digital platforms. 

With this phase, you receive 2 free revision sessions to make sure you are fully satisfied (and in love) with the final results.

Phase IV : Stack Your Assets

Collateral & Conclusion

Let’s get you what you need on-hand and on demand. Using your brand design and guidelines, we’ll design and produce any marketing materials and content you need to thrive!
