This process is how story becomes structure. Each phase builds on the last—moving from discovery to direction, from vision to a brand system you can trust.
Phase I : Discover
Your story, spoken.
We begin with conversation. In a guided one-hour session, we explore who you are, what you’re building, and where you’re headed. This is where your values, vision, and brand essence come into focus—forming the foundation for every decision that follows.
Before we meet, you’ll receive a thoughtful questionnaire to help clarify your ideas, priorities, and needs (even if you’re starting with little more than instincts and inspiration). Together, we frame your story as the center of the work—considering your audience, business model, personality, and goals—so your brand begins rooted in truth, not assumptions.
Phase II : Define
Direction takes shape.
Here, your insights become intention. This is where your “design data” starts to speak. Using everything uncovered in Phase I, I develop a creative concept board that translates your story into visual and emotional direction. This includes design concepts and options aligned with your values, alongside a concise implementation guide to help you understand how the ideas can come to life.
This phase can stand alone or serve as the blueprint for full brand development—giving you clarity, cohesion, and a shared vision before design deepens.
Phase III : Design
System and structure.
With direction established, we build the brand system. Approved concepts are refined into a complete visual identity and brand guideline—logos, typography, color, patterns, usage standards, and core messaging elements—designed to work together across every platform.
This is where intuition meets structure. Your brand becomes something you can use consistently, confidently, and with ease.
Phase IV : Deploy
Bring it into the world.
With your foundation set, we create the assets that carry your brand forward. From collateral to content, everything is designed in alignment with your strategy—so your voice is clear before you ever enter the room.
At the close of this phase, you’ll receive a complete library of finalized files and assets, ready for real-world use. Your story is no longer just understood—it’s expressed, owned, and in motion, just as you are.
