Phase I : The Protagonist Speaks
Storytelling Session & Prep
We want to be 100% sure that Vicity Designs is the right fit for your personal goals. So, let’s hop on a video call and talk! The floor is yours! Tell me who you are, where you’re headed and how I can best support and serve your needs. Uncertain of how to start? No worries. Before our meeting, I will send you a detailed questionnaire to illuminate your needs and assess what you already have (even if all you have are great ideas and a favorite color). During our scheduled 1-hour consultation, we will authentically explore your story to establish a foundation for your brand. Don’t have all the answers? That’s okay too! This guided puts your story at the center to help me better understand your business model and brand desires on a deeper level. We will discuss your audience, client relationships, mission, vision, personality and design communication preferences. From there, we will explore ways of sharing your brand story in a meaningful way. Everything we discuss will be used as “design data” to begin a concept proposal for your brand in Phase II.
Phase II : The Magic Happens
Data Meets Design
After our initial call, I use all the “design data” you shared to begin the design process. I will create and construct a simple brand mood board complete with any initial concepts and implementation options that best represent your vision and values. This mood board can be implemented as is, or expand into Phase III to become fully compiled brand decks, design concepts, guidelines or assets for you to use as you see fit. Your satisfaction is HIGHLY important to me and by choosing this tier, you receive 1 free revision session to ensure you are happy with the results. As soon as all design choices are approved, we are clear to move into Phase III.
Phase III : Guided Resolution
Building the Brand Guidelines
In Phase III, I organize any “design data”, revisions, suggestions and approved concepts. Refined designs will then become a fully developed brand guideline. This guideline will include detailed information and examples of proper brand implementation—it contains all your visual brand elements, such as logos, patterns, typeface(s), usage guidelines, file types and core implementation strategy to ensure consistency across all your chosen media and platforms. By selecting this package, you receive 2 free revision sessions to ensure you are fully in love with the final results. Upon guideline approval, we will move forward to the final phase of this process.
Phase IV : Stack Your Assets
Collateral & Conclusion
Let’s boost your collateral! This is the fun (and my favorite) part! Using everything we have, I’ll design any additional assets you need to thrive! Your brand is your biggest asset—it’s your voice before you enter any room, so I offer to provide you with the materials you need to grow. By selecting this package tier, you choose the assets you need in addition to the brand guideline files received in Phase III. At the conclusion of your project, we’ll deliver all your assets so your brand can soar to the heights of your heart’s desire, fully owning your story.
