Who is Vicity Designs best suited for?
Vicity Designs works best with founders, creatives, and growing businesses who value intentional branding and are ready to invest in a thoughtful, strategic process. If you’re looking for quick, template-based design or one-off visuals without strategy, we may not be the right fit—and that’s okay.
How much is a consultation?
Brand consultations are $250 and include one hour of dedicated, one-on-one time. This session is paid in full at the time of booking and serves as the starting point for all full branding engagements.
How long will my project take?
Timelines vary depending on scope and deliverables. As a general guide, full brand identity projects typically take 5–9 weeks from start to completion. Smaller design or production projects may take 1–3 weeks. If you’re working toward a specific deadline, we’ll discuss that during your consultation.
What are your payment terms?
Projects begin with a 40% non-refundable retainer to secure your place in the schedule. The remaining balance is due upon approval of final deliverables. Any unused portion of the retainer may be refunded or applied toward additional services, depending on the scope of work completed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, checks payable to Vicity Designs, PayPal, and Venmo.
How will we communicate during the project?
Primary communication takes place via email, with scheduled video calls for consultations and design reviews. This allows us to discuss ideas clearly, walk through concepts together, and keep the process collaborative and efficient.
What if I don’t love the initial direction?
That’s part of the process. Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, during which we refine the work based on your feedback. Review sessions are built in so changes are discussed thoughtfully and aligned with your original goals. Collaboration is encouraged—and clarity is always the aim.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may choose to end a project at any time. If work has been completed beyond what is covered by your retainer, you’ll receive an invoice for the balance through the cancellation date.
I know exactly what I want—can we still work together?
Absolutely! If you have a clear vision, we’ll use that as our starting point. The consultation helps confirm alignment, refine details, and ensure the final work reflects your intent with precision.
Can you work with my existing team or vendors?
Absolutely. We’re happy to collaborate with your internal team, developers, marketers, or printers to ensure your brand is executed consistently across all platforms.
My brand is established. Do you take on smaller projects?
Yes, on a selective basis. For existing brands needing focused support—such as updates, collateral, or production work—we recommend submitting an Inquiry Request Form so we can assess fit and scope.
What is the Inquiry Request Form?
The Inquiry Request Form is a paid, written alternative to a consultation, designed for single design or production services. The form costs $100 and includes a brief follow-up call to confirm details. It does not replace a brand consultation for full identity or strategy work.
Do you offer printing?
Yes, upon request. All projects include print-ready and digital files. For clients who prefer a hands-off experience, we can coordinate printing and delivery for select items at an additional cost. Production fees vary based on specifications, quantity, and shipping.
Will I own my final designs and files?
Yes. Once final payment is complete, you own the approved designs and files delivered as part of your project. Vicity Designs retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
