How much is a consultation?

All consultations cost $250. This covers 1 hour of one-on-one time with Vianna and is to be paid up front upon booking a request to schedule a time to meet.

How long will it take to complete my project?

Every project timeline varies on based on details and deliverables. Generally a full branding project can take anywhere from 35-65 days for completed designs including collateral. Smaller projects such as marketing collateral design and/or production can take between 1-3 weeks. If you have a specific timeframe for a completed project, please include those details during the brand design consultation.

What are payment terms?

Upon agreement to work, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the full project quote as a retainer for design services prior to beginning work. Once the deposit is processed, your designer will bill the retainer at an hourly rate. Once you approve final designs, the remaining 50% payment will be required. After project completion, any remaining funds will be returned to you or you can apply those funds towards additional services.

Which payment methods are acceptable?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, checks payable to Vicity Designs, PayPal, and Venmo.

How will we communicate?

We communicate with clients via email, text, and/or phone calls depending on set communication preferences. All consultations or review sessions will be hosted via video conference, to discuss project details and present concepts in real time.

What if I don’t like the project direction or concepts?

That’s totally understandable and branding can be a daunting investment! All project concepts include up to 2 free revisions. A review session will be scheduled for each revised design to discuss changes and receive feedback on your considerations of the final brand design. We value and encourage collaboration, so if a concept does not represent your story in the best light, we can change it!

What’s your cancellation policy?

You reserve the right to terminate your project any time. If any work is completed by our designers that is not covered by your retainer, you will receive an invoice for work done up to the cancellation date.

I need branding and I know exactly what I want. Can we still work together?

Absolutely! It sounds like you need a design technician to execute your vision! If you already have design ideas and a story you are ready to tell, then that will be the starting point of our consultation. We’re more than happy to help!

My brand is established. Can we hire you for smaller projects?

Yes! We offer select design services for small production projects to lighten the load of your team. In this case, we recommend submitting an Inquiry Request Form. Whether you need a business card refresh or some quick company swag for your next campaign, we are available to assist!

What is an Inquiry Request Form?

Our Inquiry Request Form is a convenient alternative to a brand design consultation. This allows you to provide us with written project details. The Inquiry Request Form costs $100 which must be paid in full to receive it. The form is then reviewed by our team, and followed up by a 15-minute call to confirm the details of the service selected.Please note this form is specifically designed for those selecting a single design or production service listed on our services page. It does not replace the brand design consultation for full branding services. 

Do you offer printing?

Yes! As a part of our Storytelling Strategy experience, we provide you with print-ready files and digital assets. But we understand that sometimes it’s easier to have collateral on hand. Upon request, we can manage the printing + delivery process for you on select items for an additional fee. This fee will be added to the total cost of your project quote. Production and shipping fees vary based on specifications, special finishes, quantity and delivery location.
